Daman is the leading specialist health insurer in UAE region, set up as a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Government and Munich Re.


Challenge

Help Daman brand to be perceived like the perfect healthcare partner not only in the moment customers need to access its services but also through a constant and proactive presence in the day-by-day running.


Aims and Objectives

  • Investigate how customers approach Daman health services
  • Highlight cultural and social differences between customers segments
  • Create a new and strong Design Strategy as the foundation for all the future digital touchpoints
  • Design a brand new mobile app experience, both for iOS and Android
  • Increase app adoption
  • Decrease customer care inquiries

My role

Lead Interaction Designer, working in a cross-functional team for Sketchin Design Studio.

The redesign project was one element of a larger and long lasting redesign project that the client is currently still undertaking.
